ABOUT ME

Stephen grew up near Venice and currently lives in Bristol, UK.
He studied all types of music from an early age. He is a multi-instrumentalist, playing the piano, guitar, flute, saxophone and other instruments.
Stephen is a Psychotherapist, with an MSc in Clinical Psychology, an HCPC-registered Music Therapist, and a certified Neurologic Music Therapist (2021), holding additional qualifications such as an MSc in the Psychology of Pathological Addictions and an MSc in Psychology: Methods and Techniques for Disability Support. He has further training in CBT, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA), DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Metacognitive Therapy.
Stephen also holds a BSc in Nursing Science.
He has a broad range of experience with different client populations, including adults with mental health difficulties, PTSD, anxiety and depression, children and young adults with autism and learning difficulties, and older people with dementia.
Within a holistic person-centred approach, he also includes in his practice techniques based on mindfulness and breath-work, offering a combination of talking and non-verbal approaches to help his clients with their life difficulties.
His approach is non-judgmental and compassionate, supporting his clients on their journey to healing and mind-body-spirit wellbeing.
Stephen's experience includes working with a diverse range of clients of different ages, cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, and spiritual beliefs.
